Founder & Chairman – M. Rizwan Jaffar
M. Rizwan Jaffar is the visionary founder and Chairman of the first ever Youth Parliament in the history of Pakistan. He launched this groundbreaking initiative during the 100th episode of his popular youth talk show “Café Vision” on Indus Vision TV Channel in Karachi on 14 August 2005.
As a renowned anchorperson, social activist, and youth mentor, he has dedicated his career to empowering young Pakistanis and promoting a positive image of the country. Over the years, he has initiated and led multiple national movements and platforms focused on youth development, civic engagement, and nation building.
Through Youth Parliament, he has created a credible space where students, young professionals, and emerging leaders can engage with policymakers, diplomats, and experts. Under his leadership, the organization has grown into a nationwide youth movement that nurtures leadership, strengthens Pakistani identity, and inspires youth to play an active role in shaping the country’s future

The Youth Parliament, founded on 14th August 2005 by renowned social activist and anchor Rizwan Jaffar, is the country’s first and largest youth-led initiative dedicated to uniting, educating, empowering, and engaging young people in nation-building. With an expansive network of 40,000+ alumni, 3,000 active members, and chapters in over 60 cities across Pakistan and 10 countries worldwide, the Youth Parliament serves as a dynamic training ground for future leaders, policymakers, and change-makers.
Recognized with multiple national and international awards, the organization has successfully organized 1,000+ programs, campaigns, and events that amplify youth voices, promote leadership, and advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through its diverse projects, standing committees, and global volunteer network, the Youth Parliament continues to shape a progressive, responsible, and empowered generation committed to driving positive change for Pakistan and beyond.
