Youth Parliament is Pakistan’s first and largest youth‑led movement, uniting, educating, empowering, and engaging young people in nation building by providing a credible platform for leadership, policy dialogue, and impactful initiatives.
Our History
Youth Parliament was founded on 14th August 2005 by Mr. Rizwan Jaffar, making it the first initiative of its kind in Pakistan’s history. It was launched during the 100th episode of his renowned youth talk show “Café Vision,” aired on Indus Vision TV Channel in Karachi. Since its inception, Youth Parliament has evolved into a pioneering platform for youth empowerment, earning the title FlyOnTop (First and Largest Youth Organizational Network & The Hope of Pakistan).
Over the years, the organization has set a national record by organizing more than 1,000 programs, events, activities, social campaigns, and TV shows, a feat unmatched by any other youth organization in Pakistan. It has provided young people with a recognized platform to advocate for their rights, build leadership capacity, and actively participate in social and political initiatives, playing a crucial role in mobilizing youth for positive change.

He is also the founder of the Made in Pakistan Movement and the Jadeed Pakistan Initiative, both dedicated to national development and modernization.

At the core of Youth Parliament’s model is a practical electoral process conducted annually at all levels nationwide. Through this process, youth are elected and assigned to key roles such as:

This democratic practice trains young people to understand governance, assume responsibility, and work within structured committees to serve society.
